My name is Linda Brown Webb, I am the daughter of Charles Brown and Margaret (Smith) Brown, grand -daughter of John Brown And Lilly (Arnett ) Brown, gr-grand daughter of Dean Arnett and Georgean (Gullet ) Arnett, gr-gr-grand daughter Ben Arnett and Louisa (Fletcher) Arnett, and so on. I would like to meet and talk with anyone related to this family. I've visited Todd at the Magg offin Historical Society on a couple of occasions and made the trip to the Ben Arnett Cemetery which I couldn't quite make the climb all the way up the hill , too steep and it was raining but Todd did and he took pictures for me. For which I am thankful. please e-mail or write to me @ Linda BrownWebb, 119 Garnet Avenue,Hamilton,Ohio 45013. Thank you, Linda spiderwebb3793@roadrunner.com

Hello Linda,
I noticed the names Fletcher and Arnett. I know that I have some of these surnames in my family genealogy. I remember addressing an envelope to an Arnett last yr. for our annual Holbrook family reunion. Do you think we have a family connection? I noticed that you live in Hamilton, OH. Last summer I went up that way to photograph some headstones of my Back/Bach family. I live in Florence, KY. Would love to hear from you.

I have a family site you might want to look at. I can't guarantee everything is correct on it but I try. I've always lived in or close to Hamilton. which cemeterries were you visiting? Do you know an Elwood and Lou Emma Holbrook? I hope we can find a connection. I found a connection with the Walter's family a couple of years ago and my sister and I go to their reunion in Sept. We have for the past 2 yr. E-mail me at spiderwebb1@fuse.net and I'll link you to the site I wrote of. LindaBrown Webb

My mother, Sola Arnett Crace was born in Magoffin County on 1/31/34 - when asked about her middle name she said she was named for a lawyer in town. I wonder if that is the same family??

There was a lawyer with the name of Arnett but for the life of me I can't put my hands on that information right now , but I'll keep searching.
